The Swift Trawler 48 offers an impressive range and the speed to return home safely in the evening, an ideal freedom at sea.
Thanks to its semi-planing hull shape (designed by MICAD) and a fuel tank of approx. 1,930 litres, the Swift Trawler 48 achieves: a range of more than 600 nautical miles at 9 knots (displacement mode), or 280 nautical miles at 18 knots (planing mode), while maintaining at least 10 % fuel reserve. The standard engine consists of 2 × Cummins QSB 6.7 L – 380 hp, which allows a top speed of 21 knots. If you choose the 425 hp option, the top speed rises to 25 knots — enough power to escape smoothly or to the next port
